Overview

Runic Rush invites players into a world where strategy and rune magic intertwine. Over 10 stages, players engage in a cerebral battle against enemies, gathering powerful boons to enhance their combat abilities. The journey culminates in a strategic showdown with a formidable boss in the final stage.

Core Gameplay Mechanics

• The game centers around the Rune Board  - where you strategically swipe to move and merge runes. This fundamental mechanic is not just about matching runes; it's about planning ahead, anticipating enemy moves, and formulating a strategy to progress through the game.

Boons and Synergistic Builds

• After successfully completing each stage, you are rewarded with the choice of powerful boons. These boons are pivotal in crafting a personalized playstyle, allowing players to experiment with different synergistic builds. The right combination of boons can turn the tide of battle, offering creative ways to tackle challenges.

Special Runes and Strategy Alteration

• Throughout the game, you can find boons that grant access to special runes, each with the potential to drastically alter your strategic approach. These runes offer unique effects and abilities, pushing players to adapt and rethink their tactics on the fly. Utilizing these special runes effectively can be the key to overcoming tough obstacles.

Enemy Encounters and Boss Battles

• Each stage presents new challenges with enemies that possess randomized set of disruptive abilities. These abilities require players to be agile in their strategy, constantly adjusting to the evolving threats. The game culminates in epic boss battles, where the combination of strategic rune merging, boon synergies, and the clever use of special runes is essential to victory.

• Use W, A, S, D to move runes around the board
• Hold LMB on a rune to preview its effects
• Double click on a rune to consume!
